Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative (CSR) will assist in the organizing, administration, and monitoring of the Customer Service operations of NROCKS Outdoor Adventures. The CSR will attend to needs of guests on site at NROCKS as well as pre-arrival details. Must be able to problem solve while working independently. Must enjoy customer service and be capable of administrative/clerical duties as well.

Adventure Guide

Adventure Guides are responsible for safely leading, instructing, and supervising guests, and must ensure proper outfitting and use of safety gear and equipment; provide comprehensive and clear communication; and demonstrate the highest standards of quality service and professionalism.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a CPR/First Aid certification, and be comfortable working at heights in a high adventure setting. While not required, preference is given to those with WFR/EMT, AMGA, or PCIA certifications and experience in challenge course/zip-line/high angle rescue.
