Open to youth aged 13 to 17
Camp Horizons Adventure Camp finds its home in the Monongahela National Forest, where teens will paddle, climb, hike, and explore over their week long experience at Adventure Camp! Launching from our home base at NROCKS Outdoor Adventures, campers might find themselves climbing the razor-thin, fin-like mountains on our Via Ferrata, backpacking through the Dolly Sods, paddling the Shenandoah River, or camping out for a stargazing session in the National Radio Quiet Zone. Built to be the perfect selection of outdoor adventure thrills, Adventure Camp is sure to be the highlight of your summer.
Camp Horizons has been operating summer camps in the Shenandoah Valley for over 40 years, and is excited to partner with NROCKS to bring an adventure camp to give youth an exciting, high adventure, summer camp!
Rates and Dates:
Adventure Session 1: July 5th-July 11th
Adventure Session 2: July 12th-July 18th
Adventure Session 3: July 19th-July 25th
1-week session – $1,975
Adventure Camp runs from Sunday to Saturday. Drop-off and Pickup will be at Camp Horizons in Harrisonburg, VA. Basecamp is at NROCKS Outdoor Adventures in Circleville, WV.
